Time Series Data Editor Program
The time series data editor is a program that will allow you to download observed data from the internet and then format the data to GSSHA™ rain gage and HMET file formats. To install the program, unzip the files in the ZIP file to any directory on your computer and create a shortcut to the "TimeSeriesDataEditor.exe" program that is unzipped. This is the program you need to run. You will need a current license to the WMS 8.3 hydrology module to use this software. If you do not have this license, an error will pop up when you try to run that the software is not registered.
